We want you to understand what you are purchasing before checkout. Because our offerings are primarily digital educational materials, refund eligibility depends on product type, delivery status, and Australian Consumer Law rights that cannot be excluded.

3. Digital educational products

Workbooks, checklists, and downloadable modules: If you have not accessed or downloaded the files, you may request a refund within fourteen days of purchase. Once digital content is accessed, refunds are generally not available except where required by consumer law for major failures such as files being corrupted or materially different from the description.

4. Programs and observation tracks

Enrollment fees: You may cancel within seven days of the official start date for a full refund if you have not attended live sessions or received preference-based outline drafts. After materials are customized with your preferences, partial refunds may apply based on unused weeks, calculated at our documented weekly rate.

5. Consulting and guidance sessions

Single sessions: Cancel at least forty-eight hours before the scheduled time for a full credit or refund. Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once at our discretion. Package bookings follow the per-session rules for unused sessions.

6. Physical shipments

Printed workbooks: Return unused items in original packaging within thirty days of delivery. You are responsible for return postage unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Refunds process within ten business days after we receive and inspect the return.

7. How to request a refund

Submit your order number, purchase date, and reason through the contact form or email assist@cartilagevita.world. We acknowledge requests within two business days and aim to complete review within ten business days.

8. Processing method

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank processing times vary and may take five to ten additional business days. If the original method is unavailable, we will offer an alternative consistent with fraud prevention policies.

9. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve concerns directly. Unfounded chargebacks may result in suspension of access to digital libraries.

10. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods and services come with statutory consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. These statutory rights are separate from any educational descriptions on our website and do not constitute advertised outcome assurances.

11. Exceptions

Refunds are not available for third-party fees, donated materials, or promotional items explicitly marked non-refundable at purchase, except where law requires otherwise.
